Our key Sustainable activities to save natural resource.
We are using generator exhaust gas to run our EGB (Exhaust gas boiler)
Day light using in production floor to reduce energy consumption
We installed LED light instead of old light to save electricity.
We change all clutch motors in sewing section instead of servo motor to save electricity consumption.
We are monitoring all leakage in air and streams line to reduce natural gas use.
Conduct training on resource conservation and utilization efficiency in regular interval.
Awareness poster posted in visual places to protect misuse of natural resource.
Change all old water tap and installed push type water tap to reduce water consumption.
We have hot water recovery system to reduce water consumption.
Develop water balance diagram to know actual figure of water use in various section and process.
Preventive maintenance is our prime concerned in day to day activities.
We are using water trigger nozzle in all open water pipe.
