SM Knitwears limited was incorporated as private Limited Company in 2001.
Commence Operation
SM Knitwears limited was d commenced its business operation on 2002 to onward on full operation
Formation of Joint venture
SM Knitwears limited was registered as Joint Venture Company on 6/02/2012 by inclusion of foreign investors
Capital structuring
SM Knitwears limited structuring its capital base by way of was amalgamated with SM Knitting Industries Limited, issuing of ordinary shares and bonus share issue
Capacity enhancement
There are enhancing production capacity in Garments unit from existing 100 lines to 113 Line thrugh setup additional 13 sweing line on 2019 Knitting capacity was increase by adding 28 machine in the year 2021 in addition of existing 76 nos knitting machine Another washing unit was set up in the year 2021 which per day capacity is 13200 pcs Construction of new garments building in the year 2015 in addition of exsting 3 garments building . Subsequently another new garments building has been constructed in the year 2022
